This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise, employee experience, and operational rigor. You will interact with teams across the company and collaborate closely with our Security team to keep Akur8's infrastructure robust and compliant. As an IT Support Engineer, you will: - Provide day-to-day technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and access-re
