To learn more visit: www.waabi.ai Waabi is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join our growing IT Operations team and provide hands-on technology support for our Sharpsburg, PA site while helping scale IT operations across all Waabi locations. This is a high-ownership, onsite role focused on ensuring employees have reliable, secure, and efficient technology experiences. You will support day-to-day IT operations, manage endpoint and identity systems, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and partner with teams across the organization to deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working across multiple layers of IT — from supporting users and managing endpoints to maintaining office infrastructure and improving IT processes. You will collaborate closely with the broader IT team to provide remote support to other Waabi locations and participate in the IT Support on-call rotation. Location: This position is an onsite position that will require onsite 5 days per week in Sharpsburg, PA. You Will.. End User Support & IT Operations - Provide onsite technical support for employees at the Sharpsburg, PA location, including hardware, software, networking, and access issues - Serve as a trusted IT partner for local teams, providing timely troubleshooting and solutions - Support remote users and collaborate with IT team members across other Waabi locations - Participate in the IT Support on-call rotation
