About the Business Enterprise Systems Team The Business Enterprise Systems (BES) team is a support and enablement organization that ensures the seamless operation of Wealthsimple’s enterprise systems. Our mission is to maximize the value of our internal tech stack by managing connectivity, integrations, and automation that power business operations with integrity, scalability, and security. We act as the glue between people, processes, and technology — standardizing tools, enabling employees to self-serve, and driving operational excellence.
