Position Summary: Partner with IT leadership to strengthen vendor governance, contract management, financial oversight, and executive reporting across a diverse technology vendor portfolio. Manage vendor relationships and performance by tracking KPIs, conducting reviews, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving issue resolution. Support contract lifecycle activities, including contract analysis, pricing evaluations, renewal planning, procurement coordination, and cost management. Develop and maintain vendor scorecards, reporting, and performance metrics to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and support data-driven decisions. Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and streamlined workflows while collaborating across IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and business teams DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
