About the Role As a Java Performance Architect, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing, designing, and optimizing complex enterprise Java environments. This position has a particular focus on Java application and system performance optimization. We are looking for someone with deep expertise in JVM behaviour and enterprise application performance who can identify bottlenecks across the application, middleware, database, operating-system, and infrastructure layers. You will investigate complex production performance issues, identify root causes, and architect practical solutions that improve application responsiveness, transaction throughput, scalability, resource utilization, reliability, and overall system efficiency. You will also work directly with clients and internal teams to lead technical discovery, communicate findings, recommend architectural improvements, and support implementation through completion.
