We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer, AI-First Development who is passionate about building modern, scalable software while leveraging Artificial Intelligence to dramatically improve engineering productivity. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who embraces AI-first software development, automates repetitive engineering tasks, and takes end-to-end ownership of the services they build. The ideal candidate is an expert in Java, Python, Azure, Azure Databricks, Microservices, and modern SDLC practices, with proven experience delivering cloud-native enterprise applications. Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for an engineer who actively uses AI to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, automate engineering workflows, and increase developer productivity.
