Project Description: This is not a project, instead, it represent the management team who oversees the projects within the IQVIA iEngage Program plus a Data Analyst. This structure aligns to our contract structure. CustomerTimes is looking for a seasoned Project Manager Lead/Delivery Head to lead development an AI-augmented platform that transforms how large pharmaceutical companies detect, triage, and resolve commercial data anomalies across distribution, retail, demand, and specialty data sources. This role sits at the intersection of deep pharma commercial data expertise and product leadership, requiring someone who understands the full data source ecosystem (867, DDD, 852, Xponent, Claims, specialty feeds) and the real-world pain points data stewards face daily. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage full lifecycle delivery of data programs and projects , from concept through implementation and adoption. Partner with business and technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and data solutions. Manage vendor relationships, including evaluation, pre-sales discussions, and ongoing vendor support . Create and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, and resource allocations to ensure successful outcomes. Act as the primary point of contact for executives and stakeholders, reporting on progress, risks, and mitigations. Requirements: 7–10+ years of professional experience in program/project management, delivery leadership, or related fields. Multiple examples of successfully delivered large‑scale or enterprise programs . Proven experience in leading and delivering complex programs or projects , ensuring clear business impact and high client satisfaction. Strong ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams , translating business needs into actionable delivery plans. Excellent English communication and soft skills , including ownership, accountability, curiosity, and confidence in client‑facing interactions. Dem
