Currently, our partner is a major logistics provider that is looking to incorporate specialized AI tools into their existing reporting workflows. As a Junior AI Implementation Specialist, you will support our senior consultants in configuring these systems to ensure they produce reliable results. This is a permanent, full-time role that is conducted fully remote, allowing you to work from wherever you are most productive. The role In this position, you will be involved in the technical side of making AI work for a large organization. You will not just be looking at algorithms: you will be ensuring that the underlying data is clean and that the output is something the client can actually use in their daily operations. Your day will include a mix of configuration tasks, data validation, and technical writing. Supporting senior consultants in the setup and configuration of AI models within the client reporting environment. Assisting with data cleaning and preparation to ensure the AI has a solid foundation for analysis. Testing system outputs to identify errors or inconsistencies in the reporting logic. Writing clear, professional documentation that explains how a system was configured and how the client can maintain it. Participating in project meetings to understand how the logistics provider needs their data structured. Helping to build user guides that allow client teams to remain independent after our work is done. Verifying that AI-generated insights match the historical data and financial realities of the business. What we are looking for We are seeking someone at the start of their career who is eager to learn how complex systems work from the ground up. You do not need years of professional experience, but you do need a logical mind and a high degree of technical curiosity. We value people who can admit when they do not know something and are willing to look for the right answer. Basic familiarity with programming or scripting languages, such as Python or SQL, through university projects or personal study. A fundamental understanding of how data is structured and how databases function. Strong writing skills: you must be able to explain technical concepts in plain English for our documentation. A disciplined approach to work, which is essential for success in a fully remote environment. General awareness of AI concepts and how large language models or predictive analytics can be applied to business data. The ability to follow complex instructions and adhere to established configuration standards. A degree or recent coursework in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related technical field.
