Junior CCMS Production Specialist

The opportunity: We're looking for a detail-oriented and technically curious Junior Production Specialist to join our GlobalLink Component Content Management System (CCMS) team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys technology, structured problem-solving and working with digital content. You'll support the delivery of content management projects for global clients while gaining exposure to XML, AI-assisted content creation, automation, publishing workflows and enterprise content management systems. You'll work alongside experienced specialists in an international environment where continuous learning and process improvement are encouraged. What you´ll do: Content Conversion & Processing: Coordinate multiple conversion projects while managing competing priorities and deadlines Prepare, convert and validate customer content for import into our CCMS Execute and monitor automated content conversion processes using specialized conversion scripts Verify the quality and accuracy of converted content before delivery Develop and maintain a calendar of conversion projects, communicating scheduling conflicts or resource constraints to Management Content Management: Import content into the GlobalLink CCMS platform and ensure successful processing Validate incoming content to confirm completeness and prevent duplication Investigate processing issues and identify the root causes of conversion or import errors Maintain accurate records of completed work and project status Quality Assurance: Generate pseudo-translated content for testing purposes Produce output files and compare them against source documents using PDF comparison tools Identify formatting or content regressions and prepare certification reports Ensure cont
