We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Junior Travel & Administration Executive with 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end corporate travel bookings, preferably from the travel & tourism industry, corporate travel desk, or a travel management company. This role requires excellent coordination skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Travel Management Coordinate and manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and visa processing. Process travel requests and approvals through the company's travel management system. Monitor and manage travel expenses in line with company policies and cost guidelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel vendors to ensure quality service and competitive pricing. Provide timely support for travel changes, cancellations, emergencies, and disruptions, including outside regular business hours and weekends when required. Prepare and maintain travel expense reports, travel records, and sustainability reports. Administration & Operations Oversee day-to-day office administration to ensure office facilities, maintenance, and general operations run efficiently. Monitor daily administrative activities to ensure quality standards and company procedures are consistently followed.
