DAC Beachcroft ’s Claims Solutions Data Analytics team provides analytics products to both internal and external clients in a wide range of areas, including performance and operational analysis, market trends, predictive modelling and fraud detection. This is an area of rapid development, with the team leading the way in making the Claims Solutions Group a truly intelligence led organisation. We are now recruiting for a Junior Data Analyst to join the team, where the successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis of business, client and market data within the Claims Solutions Group. This is a remote role, with some travel included when needed to our core offices which are Newport, Birmingham, Glasgow & Belfast. What you will do? Role PurposeThe Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. The role focuses on delivering accurate management information, identifying trends and risks, and improving data quality, reporting, and insight across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Insight Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities. Translate data into clear, meaningful insights for operational teams and senior stakeholders. Produce regular and ad-hoc analysis to support business performance, strategy, and planning. Provide sector and competitor benchmarking. Work with stakeholders to ensure accurate data capture, monitoring, validation and reporting within the business, and to source relevant up-to-date market intelligence. Reporting & Dashboards Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned to agreed definitions and KPIs. Continuously improve reporting efficiency through automation and improved data models. Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements. Present findings clearly to non-technical audiences, using visualisations and summa
