We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst ( for a hybrid role in Pryluky ) to support the client team in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and providing actionable insights to drive improvements. This role is key in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams by gathering and documenting requirements, conducting data analysis, and assisting in the implementation of solutions. The Business Analyst will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations. This position requires visiting the office in Pryluky, Ukraine office at least 3 days a week. The rest is remote.
