Junior Graphic Designer

4over and its family of brands continue to grow, and we are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with a strong interest in print production and pre‑press execution. This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven role focused on preparing accurate, press‑ready files that meet strict production standards within a high‑volume print environment. While this role is remote, preference will be given to candidates located near one of our 4over production facilities to support collaboration and operational alignment. Schedule: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or similar. POSITION SUMMARY The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative and Production teams to support layout execution, file preparation, and quality control across a broad range of print products.
