As a Junior Instructional Designer, you will help create engaging digital learning experiences that support colleagues across the global Eurofins network. As part of the Eurofins Academy team, you will design and develop e-learning courses about methods, technologies, and processes within Eurofins network for all employees, based on internal training materials from subject matter experts. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal e-learning portfolio to support the learning and development of Eurofins employees globally. In this role, you will: Design and develop engaging e-learning courses , following established learning standards and internal processes. Update and implement multilingual versions of e-learning courses using translation resources. Support the administration of the internal Eurofins Learning Centre , including course assignments, learner enrolments and reporting. Create supporting learning materials such as user guides, quick reference guides, manuals and handouts. Monitor the Eurofins Academy support mailbox , responding to common learning and development queries, and directing more complex requests to the appropriate team members.
