As an IT Field Service Engineer, you provide hands-on technical support to business users on-site, promote Eurofins IT best practices, and collaborate with IT teams on daily operations and projects. You work closely with Infrastructure teams and report into the IT organization, contributing to a stable and compliant IT environment. In this role, you support users with hardware and software issues, ensuring fast and effective resolutions.
