We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Systems Administrator to join our IT team in King of Prussia, PA. This opportunity is ideal for a current student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Networking, or a related field, as well as entry-level IT professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a global enterprise environment. Working alongside experienced Systems Administrators, you will support the day-to-day operations of our corporate IT environment with a primary focus on managing the organization's laptop lifecycle program. This role provides valuable exposure to enterprise hardware deployment, Windows device configuration, asset management, user support, and IT operations while helping ensure employees receive timely and seamless technology upgrades. The schedule is flexible based on availability. During the academic year, the position typically requires 15–20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours, up to 40 hours per week, during school breaks or as business needs require. Responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end laptop replacement process for employees across the organization. Communicate directly with end users to schedule laptop deployments, data transfers, and hardware exchanges based on employee availability, travel schedules, and office attendance. Prepare, configure, image, and deploy Windows laptops in accordance with company standards and security requirements. Coordinate and assist with data migration activities to ensure a smooth transition to replacement devices.
