Role Overview The role focuses on identifying and implementing AI and GenAI solutions to enhance automation and business processes, including RPA, BPM, and Power Platform. It combines strong hands-on expertise in AI, API integrations, and programming with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within an Agile environment. Role Insights Support the identification and analysis of AI use cases within automation and business processes. Work with AI services via APIs (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, similar platforms). Process and extract value from structured and unstructured data (documents, text, inputs). Assist in developing and training machine learning models. Collaborate closely with Automation Developers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects. Create and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team. What Makes You Unique Good understanding of AI / ML concepts (NLP, classification, information extraction, decision support). Knowledge of Git and software development best practices. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Knowledge of GenAI / LLMs (prompt engineering, API-based usage). Experince with Python or Java. Experience working with REST APIs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
