About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Network Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role is ideal for an early-career networking professional who is passionate about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong stakeholder engagement skills. The successful candidate will support network operations, system provisioning, patch management, incident resolution, and infrastructure maintenance while working closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Network Support & Operations Provide first and second-level support for network infrastructure, systems, and end-user connectivity issues. Monitor network performance and assist in maintaining network availability and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and connectivity issues in a timely manner. Assist with network device configuration, upgrades, and maintenance activities. Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and related network technologies. System Provisioning & Administration Perform user account provisioning and deprovisioning across various systems and platforms. Configure and maintain access permissions in line with security and compliance requirements. Assist with onboarding new users and provisioning required hardware and software.
