Knowledge Analyst – Data Curation & Classification

Our optimism transforms outcomes. As a Knowledge Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, curating, and classifying strategic data from internal and external sources. You will leverage smart tools and AI-powered platforms to accelerate data processing and ensure high-quality knowledge assets are available for consulting teams. Key Responsibilities Knowledge Administration & Content Management Curate, classify, and structure knowledge assets coming from: RFPs and proposals Project deliverables Methodologies and frameworks External publications and benchmarks Tag and organize content within structured knowledge repositories. Ensure proper metadata, taxonomy, and naming conventions are applied consistently. Maintain repository hygiene, traceability, and version control over time. Data Quality & Governance Ensure data quality, consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with internal governance standards. Identify gaps, duplicates, outdated content, or inconsistencies across repositories. Monitor adherence to knowledge management processes and escalate issues when necessary. Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of KM standards and documentation. AI-Enabled Knowledge Processing Use AI-enabled tools (NLP, semantic search, document classification, automated tagging) to optimize content processing and retrieval.
