Summary: We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Architect who will develop the infrastructure and processes necessary to capture, share, and utilize organizational knowledge gained through successful system interventions. The role involves overseeing the identification of critical knowledge, its usage, availability, and aligning it with the needs of various business groups. The ideal candidate will facilitate the development of knowledge architecture and standards, partnering with operations staff to ensure the delivery of knowledge and information to appropriate groups. Responsibilities: Develop and implement infrastructure and processes to capture and share organizational knowledge. Oversee the identification and utilization of critical knowledge across business groups. Model information sources, flows, and critical paths to understand how information is transformed into knowledge. Facilitate the development of supporting knowledge architecture and standards. Define an operational framework to implement delivery systems, systems management, and security frameworks. Collaborate with IT groups to ensure cohesive cross-functional decision-making.
