Hours are Full time- 1st shift. Compensation is $15/16 an hour (Depends on Experience) The Laboratory Support Specialist performs non-technical laboratory support activities that enable chemists and analysts to maximize productivity and maintain efficient sample throughput. This position is responsible for sample movement, labeling, glassware management, waste disposal, laboratory organization, and general housekeeping functions while adhering to all quality and safety requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sample and Workflow Support Retrieve samples from designated storage areas for laboratory personnel. Return samples to proper storage locations following analysis. Label planchets, centrifuge tubes, bottles, and other laboratory containers. Assist with preparation and organization of laboratory materials required for testing activities. Maintain sample organization throughout the analytical process. Laboratory Operations Support Wash, dry, organize, and distribute laboratory glassware. Pop and prepare syringes and other disposable laboratory materials as needed. Remove and dispose of consumed sample containers according to laboratory procedures. Mark consumed
