Timmons Group is currently seeking an experienced and focused Landscape Architect Senior Project Manager in our Richmond, VA office to work on exciting projects across Central Virginia. Our award-winning landscape architecture and land planning team offers an extensive range of services for commercial, mixed-use, parks and open space, energy and renewables, campus and institution, multi-family, and government clients across multiple markets. With a multidisciplinary approach spanning from concept to construction, we create high-performing and beautiful landscapes across all design scales, serving diverse markets and clients. As Senior Project Manager , you will successfully manage all phases of work, collaborate with external consultants on high-profile projects, and mentor team members in professional growth, development, and career advancement. Candidates should be passionate about the built environment, self-motived, love design at all levels, and comfortable working in a collaborative studio culture. Essential Roles and Responsibilities of a successful candidate include but are not limited to: Project and Task Management (55-65%) Manage and supervise internal landscape architecture and civil engineer project teams with planning, site layout, and landscape design documents. Manage external consultants and project teams with planning, site layout, and construction documents. Maintain and develop client relationships. Collaborate with Directors to coordinate concept visioning sessions. Provide QA/QC from concept to documentation. Work closely with project managers to maintain project deadlines, budgets, milestones, deliverables, and communicate this information to team members. Design and Technical Production (5-15%) Collaborate with project managers and team members on a variety of project types and scales. Assist project teams with
