About Energy, Resources and Infrastructure Our Energy, Resources and Infrastructure group advises on some of Australia’s most significant energy and infrastructure transactions. We work across the full project lifecycle - from development and structuring through to acquisition and financing, with a strong focus on the energy transition. You will work closely with a number of partners across our nationally integrated Energy, Resources and Infrastructure team, supporting clients on complex, high-value transactions. This includes exposure to mergers and acquisitions, project development, joint ventures and financing arrangements across energy and critical infrastructure sectors.
