Lead 3D Model & Layout Engineer

Lead the development, review and approval of the 3D model and overall layout , ensuring compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, standards and design objectives. Coordinate 3D model activities with the EPC Contractor and all engineering disciplines, managing interfaces, clashes, technical queries and design changes. Organize and lead 3D model, constructability, layout and HAZID reviews at key project milestones, including 30%, 60% and 90% model maturity. Ensure layouts meet requirements for access, egress, handling, lifting, operability, maintainability, constructability and safe operation . Monitor progress, identify technical, schedule, constructability and HSE risks, and drive corrective actions through to resolution. Provide technical support to fabrication, construction, commissioning and site teams, and ensure the final 3D model is complete and suitable for handover to Operations. 15+ years of professional experience in Oil & Gas projects, with at least 5 years in a similar or equivalent position with manager
