The Work The Business Architect Lead will drive the design and implementation of Pega‑based business architecture solutions, leading workflow optimization and business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into actionable specifications, and ensure strategic alignment across organizational objectives. The Business Architect Lead will facilitate workshops, guide best practices in Pega and BPM, monitor project progress, and partner with cross‑functional teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
