Fortune Brands is looking to hire a Lead CAE Engineer to join our Product Development Innovations organization. As Lead CAE Engineer, you'll own the following: Lead and manage COE simulation driven design and R&D activities Develop and implement a simulation technology roadmap to close capability gaps and enable product innovation. Lead implementation of modal based systems engineering, digital twins, and predictive maintenance strategies. Support new product development team with DFMEA validation through Multiphysics simulations Integrate upfront simulation driven design space exploration process into the product development cycle Deliver custom simulation training, create performance plans and mentoring programs for the engineering team Create guided analysis workflows, templates, and simulation apps to the design team Implement simulation governance protocols, quality measure &
