Job Summary Tines is seeking a highly strategic and business-oriented Lead Counsel, Commercial & Compliance to join our growing Legal team. This role will serve as a key legal partner across the company, leading complex enterprise commercial negotiations while helping scale Tines’ global compliance and governance programs. This is initially an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional influence and a clear path toward people management as the Legal function continues to expand. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments and can balance legal risk, operational realities, customer expectations, and business objectives in a pragmatic and scalable way.
