Establish and maintain comprehensive data governance frameworks and standards across the organization's data landscape. Design and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure data consistency and quality across 80+ ERP systems. Develop and enforce ETL standards and best practices for Microsoft Fabric environments. Design, optimize, and maintain robust data models that support seamless integration from multiple ERP sources. Lead the technical strategy for integrating and transforming data from diverse ERP systems into Microsoft Fabric for AI-driven analytics and insights. Conduct data quality assessments and implement corrective measures to ensure data integrity. Mentor junior team members on data modeling, governance, and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data transformations and query optimization. Strong Python expertise for automation scripting and data pipeline development. Demonstrated experience in data modeling across complex, multi-source environments.
