This position is for Absheron project. - Ensure the Engineering Dossier is delivered with a robust Electrical engineering definition and a fit-for-purpose design that can be procured, fabricated, transported, installed, commissioned, and operated safely, meeting the requirements of project standards and Basis of Design. - Ensure, control, and coordinate the proper realization of the Electrical design in compliance with project specifications, procedures, schedule, quality, and safety requirements. - Plan, prepare, and lead Electrical discipline meetings with EPSCC Contractor, vendors, package suppliers, and 3rd‑party reviewers, in close coordination with Onshore Package Technical Manager. - Identify, manage, and track Electrical engineering technical decisions, including those subject to 3rd‑party approval or review; define clear action plans and secure timely agreement within the Engineering phase schedule - Monitor discipline progress closely, define corrective actions, and manage them to ensure timely completion of the design. - Work closely with Discipline Leads to coordinate and manage Electrical engineering interfaces with other disciplines and stakeholders. - Define, detail, and monitor Electrical interface parameters with other EPSCC disciplines. - Perform thorough, efficient, and timely review of Electrical discipline documents, identifying potential derogations from standards and challenging the design to achieve optimized and fit-for-purpose solutions.
