Overview JOB SUMMARY Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Lead Faculty Associate (LFA) in MBA & Marketing supports the curricular excellence and delivery of courses ensuring alignment with University, accreditation, program, and state standards in support of CSU Global’s mission and programs. The LFA performs the following tasks including but not limited to teaching courses, aiding in the administration of the program, reviewing courses for consistency and quality, resolving curricular issues related to course content and student experience, and ensuring relevance of course materials to industry standards. The Lead Faculty Associate is expected to devote their time and effort to the University in proportion to their appointment.
