Job's mission The role is responsible for leading the end-to-end Engineering Change Order (ECO) planning strategy, governance, and execution across the organization. This role drives cross-functional alignment, mitigates supply and production risks, and ensures seamless implementation of product lifecycle changes globally. The position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence to manage complex supply chain impacts associated with engineering changes. What you will be working on Strategic Leadership & Governance Own and define the global ECO planning strategy, including component cut-in, end-of-life (EOL), supplier changes, and continuous improvement programs (CIP Establish and enforce ECO planning governance, standards, and best practices across regions and organizations. Lead decision-making frameworks for Last Time Buy (LTB), risk buys, and inventory exposure optimization. Represent Planning in executive forums such as KPU CRB and senior leadership reviews, providing recommendations and risk visibility. People Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop a team of ECO planners to ensure high performance and capability growth.
