Your Role We’re hiring a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our hardware team in Den Bosch, where you'll own the mechanical design and development of our next-generation camera hardware for athlete performance tracking. You'll set the technical direction for our camera mechanical platform, creating real-time player tracking solutions that help athletes and sports teams perform at their best. As a Lead Mechanical Engineer, you’ll: Lead camera hardware design. You'll drive the mechanical architecture, design and development of cutting-edge camera hardware from initial concept through production. Set technical standards. You'll define system-level requirements, document mechanical architecture and conduct design reviews, feasibility studies and detailed failure analyses (like DFMEA) to raise the bar across the team. Bridge disciplines. You'll collaborate with electrical, firmware, optics, product and manufacturing partners to align interfaces, optimize for production and ensure our hardware performs reliably in demanding sports environments.
