We are looking for an exceptional, senior-level Staff Product Designer (L4) to join our Channels UX team and serve as the core design leader for Twilio 's Voice Products. In this role, you will own the user experience for our global cloud communications primitives and real-time voice infrastructure. This includes critical systems like Programmable Voice, Elastic SIP Trunking, and Call Telemetry/Insights. You will join a high-impact team that oversees all of Twilio 's foundational communications channels, including Messaging, Email, and Voice, helping us treat channels agnostically to design cohesive, multi-channel journeys. This is a rare opportunity to drive the end-to-end design strategy for highly complex, technical developer tools and real-time streaming architectures as they integrate into Twilio 's modern One Console ecosystem. You won't just paint screens; you will serve as a foundational systems thinker, shaping information architecture, naming frameworks, and developer workflows that establish long-term trust and usability for builders worldwide.
