Lead Product Manager - Credit Cards

About the Role: We are looking for a strong Lead Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our credit card portfolio across multiple risk and customer segments. You will own the product strategy, P&L, end-to-end customer experience, and technical roadmap for products including Credit Builder, fixed-fee and progressive-fee cards, and grace-period and non-grace-period offerings. You will design the product ladder that enables customers to upgrade based on their payment behavior and risk profile. This is a role for someone who can simultaneously manage product strategy, customer experience, unit economics, risk, and technical delivery — not a coordinator of isolated tasks, but a product owner who defines what we build and why, proves the business case, prioritizes ruthlessly, and delivers measurable results. The role implies close collaboration with the local team in Mexico and international headquarters. Relocation support to Mexico or Serbia is available for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Portfolio Design: Define and evolve a multi-segment credit card lineup: Credit Builder, fixed-fee, progressive-fee, grace-period and non-grace-period products.
