The Role The Product Manager, Marketing Digital Experience – BAU Portfolio owns the operational framework that enables efficient delivery of marketing-driven work across Lumen.com. This role manages the intake, prioritization, governance, and continuous improvement of the Business as Usual (BAU) value stream, ensuring requests are properly scoped, routed, prioritized, and prepared for execution. Serving as the connective point between business stakeholders and delivery teams, this position helps translate business needs into actionable work while providing transparency into priorities, capacity, timelines, and outcomes. The role partners closely with Campaigns, Creative, Digital Experience (DX), Marketing Operations (MOps), Product Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams to maintain an efficient and scalable delivery ecosystem. As a senior individual contributor, this position drives consistency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through influence, collaboration, and process leadership rather than direct people management.
