JOB DETAILS Base Pay Starts: $28.07 per hour Schedule Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, hours may vary depending on operations DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Guide and oversee the production team’s diverse activities, such as operating machinery, managing production lines, processing materials, packaging products, and organizing inventory. Maintain rigorous compliance with safety protocols and uphold the highest quality standards. Oversee quality control by managing policies, processes, and procedures and address any issues with purchased materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods Inspire and lead employees to enhance productivity and achieve set production targets. Cultivate a collaborative team atmosphere; promote open dialogue and teamwork. Establish and communicate clear team objectives; ensure goals are understood and pursued by the team. Partner with supervisor to ensure assigned tasks are completed. Collaborate with production supervisor to manage daily operations; track team performance, report on key metrics, and resolve problems swiftly.
