Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced senior analyst with expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution processes, and a proven track record of working with SAP S/4, ECC and integration from legacy ERP systems. As an OTC Lead Analyst (SD), you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing technological solutions related to the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process within SAP environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, finance, manufacturing, logistics, and other IT units and 3rd party systems to support day-to-day operations successfully. Responsibilities: Sales & Distribution Support: Provide day-to-day functional and operational support for the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process in SAP S/4HANA & ECC SD, including sales documents, pricing, credit checks, availability checks (ATP), delivery processing, shipping, billing, output management and integration points with MM, WM, and FI. Data Integrity & Integration Support Maintain and troubleshoot integration points between SAP and legacy or third-party systems, ensuring data accuracy and process continuity.
