The successful candidate will be responsible to lead Prime and Equities trading technology delivery, partnering with trading desks to develop scalable solutions, mentor developers, and drive platform performance across global teams. What you’ll do Lead the delivery of trading technology solutions for Prime and Equities desks, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Manage and mentor a small team of developers, providing technical leadership and supporting delivery across the US region. Partner directly with trading desk stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver solutions using agile methodologies. Collaborate with global trading technology teams across Japan, AEJ, and EMEA to drive alignment and successful execution. Oversee the development of solutions leveraging Python, React, SQL, and CI/CD frameworks while promoting engineering best practices. Ensure platform reliability, performance, and compliance with trading desk requirements while effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
