Lead Software Engineer (Microsoft Technologies)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to drive the modernization of our application ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in leading the refactoring of monolithic systems into scalable, modular microservices while guiding a team of developers in building high-quality, cloud-native solutions.
