We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across enterprise middleware and integration platforms, driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with architects, product teams, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape technical direction, establish engineering standards, and deliver critical technology initiatives. You'll combine hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership, guiding teams through complex challenges while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
