What you will do: Lead end-to-end UX direction across client engagements, shaping experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and ready to ship. Collaborate closely with UX, design, and engineering teams to define scope, clarify priorities, and make smart tradeoffs that protect the user experience. Translate ambiguous business goals into clear user journeys, IA, and interaction models that teams can confidently build from, while developing UX patterns and design foundations that improve consistency and accelerate delivery. Facilitate alignment across client stakeholders and internal teams by guiding workshops and turning competing inputs into actionable decisions, supported by easy-to-understand deliverables. Leverage real CMS experience—ideally WordPress—to design effectively within the structure of content models, templates, and reusable blocks.
