Reporting functionally to the Head of Product within NEC Health, you'll define and drive the user experience strategy across our portfolio of screening, real-world evidence, registries and pathway management solutions. You'll own the evolution of the NEC Health design system, creating a consistent, intuitive and accessible experience across our products and services. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, combining UX leadership, design delivery, and coaching the wider product team best practice design principles. You'll work closely with customers, clinicians, product and engineering teams to improve patient outcomes, support value-based healthcare, and championing a culture of exceptional design as well a the use of latest technologies. As part of NEC Digital Studio's UX/UI Community of Practice, you'll also contribute to and benefit from a wider network of design expertise across NEC. Key Responsibilities Design Leadership & Portfolio Ownership Define and own the UX vision for the NEC Health portfolio. Lead the development and governance of a unified NEC Health Design System. Drive consistency in user experience, interaction patterns, accessibility standards and visual language across all Health products and services. Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners and Engineering teams to embed design excellence throughout the product lifecycle. Experience working within multidisciplinary delivery teams. Shape a seamless NEC Health Suite experience, enabling users to move effortlessly between products and services. Lead design activities on strategic programmes and high-priority initiatives.
