Job Summary Lean Agilist, Senior Role Summary Provides experienced consultation, coaching and hands-on application for SAFe / Lean-Agile / LPM practices across the ORIS Agile Release Train and Value Stream Enablement activities. Primary Responsibilities Demonstrate superior knowledge, competency, and in-depth field experience in adopting Agile across an enterprise. Provide experienced consultation for the large-scale implementation of agile practices including but not limited to SAFe. Coach teams on PI Planning, backlog refinement, Inspect & Adapt, and dependency management Support Value Stream Enablement governance and intake prioritization priorities and help maintain ART stability while flexing capacity for surge demands Facilitate continuous improvement of the operating model Mentor Scrum Masters and team members on Lean-Agile practices Minimum Qualifications Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) Minimum 7 years leading Agile and SAFe implementations in medium to large organizations Desired Qualifications Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology environments, particularly within the Federal HER or within VHA LPM or Agile Certifications are highly recommended Strong facilitation and change-management skills (Prosci Certification) About Aptive About Aptive .
