The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. The Learning Experience Designer creates high-impact, AI-optimized, modular learning experiences that help LinkedIn customers adopt new behaviors and realize measurable value. This role is ideal for a curious, adaptable builder who is comfortable testing new approaches, learning emerging tools, and iterating quickly as customer needs, products, and priorities evolve.[EM1] The learning experiences you’ll create will empower customers around the world with the tips, tricks, techniques, and best practices they need to be more productive and successful using LinkedIn tools. What You’ll Do In this role, you will lead efforts to determine learning objectives, establish clear timelines for deliverables, gather key requirements from partners and product teams, recommend the best format to suit the learner experience, and create learning assets that serve core customer needs. The assets you create will help millions adopt best practices and see tangible value. You will work in an iterative, feedback-driven environment where priorities and product needs may change quickly.
