What You'll Do? As a Lease Analyst, you will support lease administration activities across a portfolio of commercial leases and related agreements. Key responsibilities include: Review, abstract, and process commercial leases and supporting documentation. Maintain and validate lease data within company systems. Process lease updates, amendments, and change requests. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, landlords, and vendors. Investigate and resolve lease-related issues, escalating complex matters as needed. Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports. Manage insurance documentation and compliance requirements. Identify opportunities to enhance client reporting and service delivery. Verify lease compliance, financial calculations, and expense accuracy. Reconcile outstanding balances and support accounts receivable collections. Calculate, invoice, and track tenant pass-through expenses. Review escrow reconciliations and process payments as required. Contribute to special projects and continuous process improvement initiatives. Recommend enhancements to systems, procedures, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality. 4. What You Bring?
