Legal Consultant - Commercial Contract, Fortune 500

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant with commercial contracts experience to provide long term support with our F500 clients in the technology space: Responsibilities Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts Advise business teams on day‑to‑day legal issues and provide practical, business‑oriented solutions Support cross‑functional projects (product launches, partnerships, go‑to‑market initiatives) and ensure contract terms align with internal policies and risk appetite Requirements Circa 3–6 years PQE, from in‑house or law firms, with strong commercial contracts experience Solid experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Compensation, Benefits & Working Location: This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
