We are currently on the lookout for Legal Consultants with M&A experience to join our ranks and support our global Fortune 500 client: Provide legal and regulatory advice on cross border transaction and ensuring activities comply with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and other corporate transactions, including legal due diligence, drafting, negotiation and execution of transaction documents. Draft, review and negotiate commercial and technology agreements . Supporting on fintech and technology‑related matters including data protection and manage external counsel where specialist advice is required Requirements & Qualifications Circa 3 years’ PQE experienced in advising / supporting M&A transactions Compensation, Benefits & Working Location: This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
