Legal Consultant - Structured Product / Global Markets

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant with Structured Products/ Global Markets experience to join us and support our global banking client offering a collegiate and supportive environment Responsibilities: Provide legal support on structured product business Draft and review agreements and documents and conduct research on relevant laws and regulations. Work with external counsel and international affiliates on legal matters and ad hoc projects. Assist with legal and regulatory queries related to market transactions Qualifications: Qualified in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdiction from law firm or financial institutions Minimum 1 years PQE, with experience in Structured products, DCM, Global markets, or Derivatives Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese Compensation, Benefits & Working Location: This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
