POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly skilled and business-minded Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team to support our day-to-day operations across multiple portfolios of companies as well as support M&A activities from the operations side where necessary. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance on a wide range of matters critical to our growth and operations.
