We’re currently hiring a full-time Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of our trusted Kansas-based partners. This role requires candidates to either hold an active Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) license in Kansas or be eligible and willing to obtain LCAC licensure with support from Iris Telehealth . What You'll Do As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll: Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans. Provide both individual and family therapy to patients (primarily ages 18+, but includes lifespan), with diagnoses including general mental health SMI Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more. More About the Role Setting: 100% Remote | outpatient clinic based out of Kansas Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/wk, with 3 days being after 5pm CST required Appointments: 60-90 minutes for initial evaluations, 30-60 minutes for follow-up appointments Administrative time: 1-2 hours per week Caseload: 6-8 clients scheduled per day Why Iris Telehealth ?
